In keeping with requirement made by Prime Minister Andrew Holness, PHONE SUPPORT will be OPEN, as noted below.  After this date, we will update all customers on whether or not new dates of closure will be implemented based on the spread of COVID-19 and/or further instructions from Prime Minister Andrew Holness:

Monday - Friday:  10am - 4pm: open

It was stated by the Prime Minister, "The Government will institute a new policy, required from seven days hence this time, that all non-essential work be done from home. So, we are going to be asking the Permanent Secretaries to examine all functions with their respective ministries departments and agencies, and where [tasks] are considered to be non-essential, that those be carried on at home or remotely. We are now formally requiring the private sector to do this,” said Prime Minister Holness."

Please note that ALL STATUS of orders placed for updates, designs, other custom design jobs, billing, sales, etc. will receive an update by email within our ticket system, given the office closure. Please submit your question by emailing us at or by support ticket.

Given the expected increase in the amount of tickets, you may experience some delays in a reply. Please note that the speed of the reply will depend on the amount of request received from our customers.
