Simple DNS Editor

By accessing Simple DNS Zone Editor from your cPanel you will get a new window with a drop down menu where you need to select the domain you want to edit.

Simple DNS Zone Editor will now load three options for you.

  1. The first option allows adding an A record for your domain name. This record maps a name to IP address. In Name field you can enter the desired subdomain for the A record. Address field is the IP address to which you would like to point your subdomain.

    In the case of successful action you will be notified with a confirmation message.

  2. The second option allows you to add CNAME record for your domain name. CNAME record is a DNS record that maps an alias name to a domain name. Name field is the desired subdomain for the CNAME record. CNAME field is the CNAME to which you would like to point your subdomain.

  3. The third option allows you to delete already existing DNS records for your domain name. If you would like to delete a DNS Zone record, simply click Delete button.
