I cannot see video in knowledgebase
To view video and swf files, you will need to ensure the following is updated on you computer:
ADOBE FLASH PLAYER (Unselect Options for McAfee):
ADOBE SWF PLAYER (Unselect Options for McAfee):
Once your computer has been update, you should view the following videos among others in our knowledgebase:
BUSINESS LEARNING CENTER:
IMPORTANT: Click any option that say Allow Flash Player when prompted. **If you are using Google Chrome, ensure hbjamaica is added to your FLASH area to allow viewing.
Chrome settings > Advanced Settings > Content Settings> Flash> Allow sites to run flash AND ALSO add [*.]hbjamaica.com to the ADD LIST
